Ital Cutlery offer a Chopping Board Rental and Resurfacing Service, where we collect your old boards and swap them over for a complete resurfaced set. This means you can save money AND help the environment!

Our Refurbishment Service

Chopping board resurfacing is a valuable practice that helps prolong the lifespan and functionality of our trusty cutting boards. Over time, frequent use can cause cutting boards to develop deep grooves, scratches, and stains, which not only compromise their hygiene but also make them less effective for food preparation.

Resurfacing the chopping board involves sanding down its surface to remove imperfections and restore a smooth, even texture. This process not only eliminates potential hiding places for bacteria but also provides a fresh, clean surface for cutting and chopping.

Additionally, resurfacing can help remove any lingering odors or flavors that may have absorbed into the board. By regularly resurfacing our chopping boards, we ensure they remain a reliable and sanitary tool in our kitchen, promoting food safety and maintaining their usefulness for years to come.

 Our Rental Service 

• Our driver will deliver you a set of our Small chopping boards. All boards will be colour coded to meet your needs.
  
  
• We then return to the site after 3 months with a new set of boards, take away the old/used boards in exchange for the new ones.
  
  
• We shave both sides of the board each refurbishment we do. This removes cuts, scrapes, stains, and any other wear and tear caused by day to day use.
  
  
• From then on we repeat this process to ensure your boards are in great condition and meet Health and Safety regulations!
